The iconic green couch sat in the center of the black and white checkered floor at The Contemporary Austin's Laguna Gloria. The beautiful orange, pink, and yellow flowers lay across her bright blue dress as she snuggled into her hubby. No one else was around, it was just the two of them sitting together in that room. There was a sense of calmness. Nothing else mattered but the two of them sharing this moment. One amazing thing about Lauren is that she is a planner. She came prepared for her session. Not only did she have inspiration images picked out for this exact spot (which of course I just had to incorporate!), but it was her idea to bring a beautiful bouquet of flowers along! It’s not often that I get to use flowers for a session other than a wedding day. So let me just say, I loved it! The floral arrangement added such a beautiful pop of color and freshness to their session. The perfect compliment to Lauren and Jim’s romance.
Just like the flowers, Lauren and Jim’s love is sweet. And just like the moment on the couch, their love is calming and comfortable. You can tell how strong their bond and marriage is. They have this sophisticated kind of love. Like the love you see in your parents or grandparents. The love that lasts for years and years to come and can stand the test of time. Lauren and Jim bring out the best in each other. They are kind. You can tell that they truly get each other. They fit together perfectly, and it’s really a beautiful thing to see! #relationshipgoals am I right??
Lauren and Jim, as you can see I can gush about you two all day long, but really what I want to say to you is thank you. Thank you for choosing me to capture your love.
